This is a new 5000 sq.ft. dental office in Wyomissing. It will have 5 treatment rooms when it is completed. Dr. Abouseif specializes in pediatric dental care.The plumbing consists of 2 handicap accessible bathrooms, a drinking fountain, kitchen area for employees and 12 treatment room sinks. Also water, air and vacuum piping will have to be installed for the dental chairs.

On this job, we re-conditioned a ” Lochinvar” natural gas – hot water furnace for the church which is done every 5-6 years for efficiency. The job was done in 2 phases (dis-assembly and re- assembly) which took about 4 days work for each phase.

On this project, we removed the concrete walkway, excavated,and replaced the “terra- cotta” sewer pipe that was leaking into the basement of the home.

Mohrsville Job – Basement & Bath

This is rough-plumbing for a basement bath at a home in Mohrsville, Pa. We used a new design “up-flush”toilet because the main sewer line exited the home above basement floor level. There is no need to open the concrete floor with this system. This unit also has tappings for a sink and/or a shower.

Ulsh Job- Main Sewer Replacement

Here we replaced the main sewer line from inside the home to the house trap in the back yard that was already installed years before. Replacement was needed due to tree roots that grew inside the pipes.
